Hi,
so i’m having trouble with the analytic live view by Shopify, it does not sync with the actual visitors.
From Instagram i had over 100 visitors yesterday based on the analytics information i got from my instagram ads,
on Shopify it only shows 34 visitors from yesterday.
When trying several different devices, it clearly shows it’s not syncing. Both as i put items in the cart and go to the checkout and as i visit the website, it does not show anything. I tried this several times, but it does not show any viewers.
What could be the issue, does anyone have any experience of this?
I changed my theme 2 days ago, and after that it my visitor count dropped hard. Could it be because of that?
