I had 1 store already active and been running for over 8 months with no issues. I made a new store with a different email address and had been working on it, paid for a theme and everything. it was going for then out of nowhere it wouldn’t work anymore. sent a couple of emails asking if i idid something wrong and what i need to do to fix. I had gotten no emails for this store at all. its been over a week. I made a new store today tied to my old stores login. thinking maybe that would be better. Did a good amount of work all day on it and when i finished creating a separate paypal right after, it had been forced inactive. Checked all emails, junk, spam etc and nothing again. Reach out to support and again just a waiting game for me. Please help as I would love to fix whatever i may be doing wrong. I uploaded my driver license, used my active debit/credit cards and other documents with no issues so I have no idea why this keeps happening to me.
Support only keeps saying they will escalate, please wait, etc but now I have 2 stores that are stuck in limbo.. If any support is here please give advice.
