Shopify didn't deduct billing from my credit card

Hello Everyone,

I can not access my store as Shopify didn’t deduct billing for hosting. I created a store on Shopify one month ago and used Shopify 15 days trial for hosting. Once the trial is over website was un-accessible. Shopify didn’t deduct billing from my credit card.

Please anyone know how to resolve this issue as I am so worried about that. Screenshot is attached

It’s possible that you didn’t add a credit card to your account before the trial ended, or that the payment wasn’t able to go through. Not to worry though, your store is not lost forever! You will just need to log into your account as the store owner, pay your invoice, and voilà! You’ll be able to access your account and launch your store again. You can also refer to these steps in this help document.

Thank you for getting back to me. The error message listed there is typically what we see when trying to access the actual website, rather than when trying to log in. Can you confirm that that’s also what you see when you try logging in at this page? I also recommend clearing your cache and cookies and trying to log in using an incognito window to see if that helps.
