Shopify doesn't support Aramex tracking!

Hello everyone!

When fulfilling orders on Shopify and adding a tracking number, I noticed that Shopify doesn’t support Aramex. I can only see Aramex Australia, which doesn’t work in my region. I see every courier except Aramex. Is there a way to add it through an app or something? I know I can add it as a tracking link, but this way I won’t be able to monitor the delivery status from the orders page. If you know a way, please share.

You’re right, Shopify’s default shipping options don’t directly integrate with Aramex outside of Australia. However, there are a couple of ways to achieve what you need:

1. Third-Party Shipping App:

  • The Shopify App Store offers various shipping apps that integrate with multiple carriers, including Aramex. Search for apps related to “Aramex shipping” or “multi-carrier shipping.”

2. Manual Tracking Link Entry:

  • While not ideal for tracking within Shopify, you can still use Aramex for shipping and manually add tracking numbers to your orders.

  • Process: Once you create a shipment with Aramex, obtain the tracking number. In your Shopify order fulfillment section, locate the order and enter the tracking number in the designated field.

  • Limitation: You won’t be able to track shipment progress directly from Shopify. You’d need to visit Aramex’s website and track the shipment manually using the provided tracking number.
