I purchased a domain through Shopify and the second it registered, I got tons of alerts making my Website unusable. I’ve managed to correct the first bullet point but no clue how to do the rest. Can someone please help?

Looking at the screenshot above it appears as though the DNS settings are currently correct, but are now within the 48-hour waiting period where the new settings are being applied. This is normal and expected behavior, and your domain should be fully working and ready to use after this standard 48-hour waiting period has been completed.
In the meantime - you can continue to use the .myshopify.com domain that came with your store if you wish. How is your store set up coming along at the moment? Are you ready for full store launch? Looking forward to your reply!
