Shopify don't show Abandoned Cart

Hello, my shopify store don’t show the abandoned cart.

In the analytics section I can see I have over 40 abandoned cart, but in the abandoned cart section there are none…

has this ever happened to some of you?

1- Go to Settings > Checkout and accounts.
2- Scroll to Abandoned checkouts and ensure “Send abandoned checkout emails” is enabled. Shopify only tracks abandoned checkouts when a customer reaches the checkout page and enters an email or numb.
3- If you have email capture requirements set too late in the checkout process, it may not record as an abandoned checkout.

Shopify only considers a checkout “abandoned” if the customer has entered their contact information. If customers leave before providing this, it will appear in Analytics but not in the Abandoned Checkouts section.

I see this option. And when I click it brings me to Marketing > automation. And everything is turned on. I installed klavyio and send email with klavyio, is that the problem?
