Shopify - ebay listing link error: "change of groupld of active Multi-SKU listing is not allowed"

I trying to edit the listing already published in ebay using shopify.

  1. I unlink the listing on the shopify sales channel.
  2. I ended the listing on ebay.
  3. I relisted the listing on ebay.
  4. I I edited the listing on ebay. I deleted all pictures then I putted new pictures from my hard drive, reordered the sizes, and colors. Also, I added more item specifics.
  5. I relisted the listing on ebay.
  6. When I tried to link the listing on shopify I got the follow error message: “change of groupld of active Multi-SKU listing is not allowed”

Can you help me please
