I recently set up a string of automated emails using the free shopify email app. To test if they work with organic customers, I subscribed to my store using multiple emails but nothing seemed to be sent to the email address. As in, No welcome email, no abandoned cart, abandoned checkout, nothing. I have de-selected the ‘double opt-in’ in the settings as many other threads have told me to do, but no change.
can someone help?
