Hi, I have recently decided to change my business name. I have already changed it in my store details and the new business name appears on my address when I print shipping labels, but I haven’t been able to figure out how to change it in my email campaigns. At the bottom of my email campaign, it says my old business name and my business address. I can’t seem to edit that text like I can edit the rest of the email.
Which of the email platform are you using for your store, or you are using the shopify email marketing option?
I believe I’m using the shopify email marketing option.
Then you need to go and update the business you have on the email marketing service provider settings as well
