Hi! The way to solve this issue is to download the Microsoft Outlook app instead of using the web version. I did many tests, and when you respond using the Outlook app it works 100% of the times. - The issue only occurs with the web version.

I don’t have issues with this, but my business partner Ken does and no matter where he sends a reply from, his Mail app on his iPhone, his Mail app on his PC, his Outlook app on his phone, or the Outlook app on his PC all four ways it is the same formatting issue!

It’s definitely a Shopify issue that they refuse to address. I’ve spoken to Microsoft Outlook many times and they have confirmed this.
