I guess I was spoiled by Constant Contact having such detailed customer data. I could look up an individual and see the email engagement and clicks. I had to manually enter the purchases so I’m happy the Shopify does that now. I also think Shopify got higher % of email opens which is good. Just trying to decide which email marketing platform to go with.
