Shopify emails performance - no sales

Hello!

I have a newsletter that I send every 2 weeks with Shopify emails. In the performance tab of each newsletter, there is the tracking of the sales generated by the email. For the last 2 newsletters I sent, the sales generated were $0.

This is very surprising because usually I get sales ; plus, considering the season, this should be a peak period for sales. I don’t understand what’s happening. Do you also have this situation? Could it be an issue in tracking? Or are sales low for everybody?

Thanks for your message. Maybe I need to clarify : I’m not talking about a lack of subscribers. I’m talking about the subscribers who have received my newsletters. I usually get sales after the newsletter is sent out, and in the last two I sent out, no sales were generated. I’m using Shopify emails, I track the sales directly in Shopify report :

Open rate and click rate are as usual, but sales are $0.
