We are currently using Shopify basic package for our online store and a third-party POS system for in-store sales. We want to optimize our Shopify subscription to create a seamless omnichannel experience by integrating it with our POS provider. Additionally, we are looking to implement a unique customer code that can be used both for logging into Shopify and for transactions in our physical store, making it easier to track and apply loyalty points via our mobile app. What are the best approaches to achieve this integration and ensure rewards and customer data are synchronized across all sales channels? Is it possible to enhance Shopify and how can we start this? Is there anyone in SEA region, particularly in the Philippines to talk to to start this project?
