Does Shopify have any account executives that are assigned to stores that have long good standing history and done multiple 8 figures in sales through Shopify Payments? It’d be nice to have a contact (like how Meta assigns account managers to certain clients) to reach out to in case anything do go wrong with Shopify Payments, like a sudden payment hold or random ban. Heard plenty of horror stories from friends running genuine brands with less than .2% chargeback rates and hundreds of thousands of orders get randomly banned on Shopify payments for no explained reason and the standard Shopify support is unable to provide more info. This is just always on the back of my mind because if Shopify payments goes down for me one day randomly, i’ll be unable to pay my team and our current payroll is $200k+ a month

yep been on shopify plus for a while now but never had an account manager reach out - are there other requirements before one is eligible to have one?
