I just did a zoom call with a Shopify expert. We emailed a few times to coordinate the scheduling of the call. In the Shopify directory they stated they were out of Stockbridge, MA but when I actually spoke to them it was clear that they were out of India. It was fine but not a deal breaker but was hoping for someone in my time zone for ease of things. At the beginning of our call he mentioned he brought someone else on the call and they suddenly started recording without my permission. I cut the call off immediately. Is there a way to flag this with Shopify so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else?
