What’s one Shopify feature you didn’t really use at first but later found surprisingly useful? I’m curious to know which features other store owners ended up using more than they expected.
I didn’t use Shopify’s automation features much at first, but they became surprisingly useful for saving time on repetitive tasks like tagging customers and managing orders.
probably Shopify Flow. i ignored it for ages because it looked like something you’d only need if you had a complicated operation, then started using it for all the little repetitive admin stuff. tagging orders/customers, flagging certain orders for review, sending internal notifications, etc. nothing particularly exciting on its own, but once you have a few flows running you start noticing how much manual checking they remove.
Yeah, I’ve found Shopify Flow useful for the same reason. It’s easy to overlook at first, but once you start automating small repetitive tasks, it can save quite a bit of time. I especially like using it for order tagging and internal notifications.
