I would like to offer a discount to only visitors of specific pages. Is this possible ? and how to do it ? I was thinking of Flow ? Open to other options. Thanks for your input.

Your best bet is probably: Add custom JS code to your site that, if specific pages are visited, calls the AJAX Cart API to add a special cart attribute that indicates the user visited one of those pages.
