What happened to the action in the Shopify Flow app to “Send Fulfillment Request”? I have it stored in some of my existing workflows and it still works as intended, but it is not available to add as an action to any new workflows when you search for it in the app. See below screenshot of an existing workflow. This is pretty crippling to not be able to automate this process for customers to send our fulfillment app the requests necessary on an automated level. Second image below is an example of what comes up when you search for this action.
Thank you for your response Paul. I am pretty well versed in how fulfillment orders work. What I am reporting here is that the Shopify Flow action for “Send Fulfillment Request” is just gone. It is no longer an option when searching for this action as you are editing workflow, as shown in my 2nd image on the original forum post. When you search for send fulfillment request, the only actions are “Submit Fulfillment Request”, “Release Fulfillment Hold”, and “Release Fulfillment Holds”.
I have existing workflows that have this “Send Fulfillment Request” action in them and those workflows are functioning just fine.
Anything to report about why this action is no longer searchable to add to workflows?
