I’d like to suggest a new feature for Shopify Flow: the ability to export a flow as a Mermaid diagram.
As a Shopify Partner, our team builds complex flows. It’s often difficult to quickly understand the logic of these intricate workflows.
Exporting as a Mermaid diagram would be a next level addition because the text-based format is ideal for AI integration. We could feed the Mermaid code into an LLM and ask natural language questions like, “What are all the possible outcomes of this flow?”
This would significantly improve how we audit, debug, and explain complex flows to our clients.
