I’m currently facing an issue while using the Shopify Forms app.
What I want:
I need a hero section that includes both images and a form, all in one combined layout.
The problem:
The app doesn’t seem to allow this. I’ve tried working around it with UI/UX adjustments and some custom coding, but I still can’t get it to function properly.
Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can use a custom app like AiTrillion, which allows you to customize the form to your needs. This will easily resolve the Shopify UI/UX adjustment issue.

Yea the way forms and the Forms app ‘work’ is so incredibly restrictive

I’ve been struggling with something similar, essentially creating a second ‘newsletter’ section (which is as close to an image banner with form fields as I think you can get on Shopify) but that doesn’t allow for adding any custom fields; if that form is intended to be different from the standard Newsletter sign up.
Depending on the data you’re looking to capture, using the Newsletter Section as your hero section might be the best way to go, if the custom coding hasn’t been working.
I really wish we could have more control over the forms, their styling and the ability to create unique newsletter sections to capture sign-ups for different campaign, or topics.

I understand the strugle and frustration. Though I recommend you to use AiTrillion’s Newsletter signup which will help you to add the custom field. Also, you will have more control to the forms which will ultimately help you to get all the data at one place.
