Can we receive responses from the following webhooks when a draft order will be fulfilled by Shopify?
- fulfillments/create
- fulfillments/update
No, draft orders do not activate Shopify’s fulfillment webhooks (fulfillments/create and fulfillments/update).
Why?
Until they are transformed into actual Shopify orders, draft orders are not considered real orders.
Webhooks like fulfillments/create and fulfillments/update only work for ordinary Shopify orders (not drafts).
Until they are designated as paid and converted into genuine orders
