I reached out to shopify today because I noticed that in my order log details, that the employee who took care of the order is not being tracked. Long story short, I was told by a staff member that shopify is now getting rid of that.
WHY? How are we suppose to monitor our employees, how are we suppose to hold them accountable for shipping errors, etc.
I’ve attached screenshots of two of my stores. First shows how it is now, and second shows how it was. And I’ve attached screenshot of conversation with rep.
Also strange that 2 of my other store ( I have 3 stores) , Still has the feature.
PLEASE SHOPIFY do not get rid of this, and please implement it back!
