Hi all, new to Shopify and Printful. I have set up Printful for my poster business, and I noticed that when going into checkout on my Shopify Store, in the UK at least (its also affecting other countries), the GB Flat Rate shown on checkout is way too high (£16.08 which is $20.45). I knew this couldn’t be right, so I made the order myself on the website, then went to Printful to process the fulfillment and I see that the shipping cost for it to be delivered to my house isn’t even half of that! It’s $5.79 which equals to £4.55 and this should be the rate or similar that customers in the UK should be getting charged. How do I fix this? I couldn’t find anyone else who had the same issue, or maybe I’m not searching the forums right. Take a look at the screenshots below
