How can I resolve this issue?
it shows 818$ missing from my sales everyday and my payouts are effected by 818$ even on weekends. So some weeks I’m missing up to 7000$ off of my payouts. Attached is what happened, a customer filed a claim and lost the claim, but you continue to try and take the 818$ out - it seems to be stuck in limbo.
Ive contacted support 3 times for this, with no emails back or contact from you.
i need my funds reimbursed and contacted immediately please!
