Hi. I have been using shopify for about a year. I switched to simplify the check out process for my clients when doing presale fundraisers. I dont regularly offer online sales, just once every month or two for about a week or two. then I shut it down and order and print the garments. Anyway, doing this I have made several ACH withdrawals to my bank account at the end of a sale. Never had any issues. Sometimes slow.. but never more than 3 days.
On may 28th I initiated a withdrawal via ACH transfer , the same way I always I do, to the same, saved account I always use. So, to clarify - the account number was correct, as was the process.
I was told it posted on May 29th.
Nothing posted.
I reached out around 4 business days out from it - they said it could take 6.
I said it could… but it shouldnt… whats going on?
nothing. 2 weeks go by. They finally " escalate the situation ’ - still nothing
3 weeks go by they give me a trace ID number to ask my bank about.
bank has no record. i file a dispute with my bank.
4 weeks have gone by. They are now offering to get me a trace ID …again.
Im stuck in BS bot loop. HELP… transaction was $1414.82 … thats alot of money to lose. HELP. Does anyone actually work for shopify??
