You need to follow some steps here and you can live chat with the shopify support.

I believe the chat bot was meant to help filter and narrow down your problem and you should eventually be able to talk to a human agent (waiting time varies); alternatively this Shopify forum also serves as a community support.
iam already in live chat for over 5 hours no real person only chat bot..
