Shopify has no phone mail and chat support?

hi team,

how come shopify has no phone, mail and chat support? trying to connect chat but hours you can only able eo chat with robot..

Hi @foldingup , You can contact support from your partner’s account or you can follow this link, https://help.shopify.com/en/support/partners/org-select.
You need to follow some steps here and you can live chat with the shopify support.

I believe the chat bot was meant to help filter and narrow down your problem and you should eventually be able to talk to a human agent (waiting time varies); alternatively this Shopify forum also serves as a community support.

iam already in live chat for over 5 hours no real person only chat bot..
