Shopify Help Center Live Chat Widget not working

Hi, I’ve tried to get help through live chat multiple times and this always happens.

I send the message, then the widget pops-up normally. The issue is that I cannot send message, attach files or do anything. The only option I have is that green “Reply in chat” button that doesn’t seems to be doing anything.

I’m currently using Google Chrome on Windows 10 Pro but I had the same issue on Microsoft Edge.

Any tips are welcome. I tried to google this but no results came up. Am I the only one with this issue?

Hi, thanks for taking the time to respond. I’m not doubting you guys are working hard on this platform and it can be seen. I’m also not excluding the option where the issue is on my end. Do you have any clue what could cause this behaviour?
