When I try to start chat with the Support in Shopify Help Center there is a window with “Start chat?”
When I press the “Start chat” button - I get an error.
In network I see the error - “queueConversationFinalize” mutation is triggered and it returns 500 error
So there is no way to report this but to Shopify team.
What can I do to fix it?

I’ve tried in Incognito mode, I’ve tried with different dev store, I’ve tried it 2 days ago and once more today.
So to me it seems like it’s definetely an issue from Shopify side.
It is not possible to contact Shopify support via email for me - I don’t see it anywhere.
I’ve created this topic here to draw Shopify team attention to this issue. So that they would be aware of it and possibly fix it sooner.

The best approach is to open that chat in the incognito mode or try to login the Shopify account in firefox. In firefox there are less chances of being critical issues.
