Shopify help center There's a problem loading this page

Hi

I’ve been trying to reach the Shopify Help center since last Friday and I keep getting this message :

There’s a problem loading this page.

How can it be fixed and how do I contact shopify for that? thanks

Got the same issue while I was chatting with the support. After explaining my problem (different to this) and getting a response the page shows up. When I delete the caches it worked for a moment. But as soon as I type “Support kontaktieren” the chat opens again and after loading the page shows up.

Need urgent help with that to get the second matter cleared out!!!
