Hello, I’m trying to setup the Shopify Inbox app and connect it to Facebook and Instagram. It’s setup and shows active for both FB and IG. But for IG the messages aren’t showing up, for FB they are. Does my IG account need to be supported in the Instagram Shopping countries?
