Shopify Inbox app is throwing off ADA compliance

The Shopify inbox app has been a great way to stay in touch with customers, but it throws off ADA compliance by 20% when I run it through the Userway tool. Is there a way to tag it so that the NVDA reader can easily pick up what it is? I have had to disable the app for now, which is a pity considering that it is also the easiest way for someone who is deaf to get in touch with us.

I would love to hear a bit more about what the issue is with the Shopify Inbox app and I would be happy to advocate for those changes to our developers on your (and all merchant’s) behalf.

Could you share some more details about the issue with the app when assessing for ADA compliance, a screenshot (of non sensitive data) showing the error/issue is super helpful as well. Also, if you could share what the possible solution might be to the issue that will help me too.
