Hi @yrt3 There is a option in the app to remove that, if you will not be able to find it then please provide your store URL and password as well if applicable, so that I can provide you solution that can work for your store.

Hi @yrt3 You just turn off all the instant answer and it will remove the text as well from the chat box.
