Hello! So when I receive a Shopify Inbox message, it automatically sends an email to one of my staff (my bookkeeper) “A customer is waiting for a response from …” I have searched high and low and cannot figure out how to stop this. Help please!

Hi, your staff or the person receiving the emails can scroll to the bottom of one of the emails and click the link “If you don’t want to receive emails like this one, let us know.” to unsubscribe.

Hello! I did that months ago but now want to receive those emails again. Does anyone know how to opt back in? Thank you!

I download indox app on my phone, and then login, after that click on profile - notifications - notification trggers - turn off email. It worked!
