Shopify Inbox stopping Home Page Banner Rotation

Hi There

I have noticed recently that our Banners on our home page have stopped rotating in some web browsers. In safari on the Mac you have to click on the Shopify Inbox (Chat) icon and then chat will pop up and the banners will start rotating. If you then click X to close chat it won’t close. However, Edge on iPhone, you can click on chat icon and it will start rotating banners and you can close chat successfully. Some browsers just work as they should. I would really appreciate your input as we have about six banners that we really need to alert our customers of our important products.
