I am a developer, and need assistance with the below concern:
- Currently our client is facing an issue when they are using any plugins like Zipify or Reconvert for post-purchase set-up. I mean we are missing out few purchase events in our CDP. For now, we are going with Wehbook integration.
However, I want to understand how we can configure or set up so that any plugin the client will use does not cause any concern with direct integration.
if there is any document or way around to fix the code if the customer uses any plugin for upsell it will work.
Please suggest ways around it or a document to refer I can go through it. Your help appreciate
