So, my store is closed and since i owe shopify money they will NOT give me my 1099k! I will be contacting the better business bureau since they cannot legally hold my 1099K for my taxes. has anyone else had this issue? I should be able to download this even if my store is closed. NOT HAPPY

I would also recommend reconnecting with our live chat support and request that this is escalated to our payment and billing team for a resolution. You are correct that you should be able to have your 1099-k form, even if your store is frozen or pending with a payout. I need help with this too. I have spent hours looking to get support I need my 1099k I do not owe money to Shopify and yet I can’t download because the store was closed by Shopify. I need my 1099k and there’s no one to help me because you no longer have suppport

I have the same issue - how do we contact live chat support , it seems like an active paid account is required for that- is there phone number we can call?
