Hello, Shopify has made address collection so difficult in countries like Turkey, where the address system is province-district-neighborhood, that it complicates our entire process. These fields should be presented as select fields, but they’re presented as text inputs. When customers enter incorrect information, address collection becomes extremely difficult. Furthermore, the Turkish character problem makes collecting addresses impossible. I don’t understand why they can’t improve their skills in the Turkish market. I’ve reported this issue numerous times, but haven’t received a response. Since the province-district field is a text input at checkout and there’s no neighborhood field, I’m trying to get the province-district field in the cart step. When I do, only the province field appears in the checkout step, not the district field.
I don’t understand why the developers made these fields incorrect. Normally, in Europe, it should be
City = Province
District = District
but they removed the District field and added it as a neighborhood. Even if I collect the District field in the cart step, it doesn’t appear in the checkout step. It’s a completely illogical method. I can’t understand why they did this.
