It’s incredibly frustrating when Shopify informs us that they’re shutting down our site, especially since all our development work strictly adheres to their policies. As Shopify partners, we pride ourselves on following every guideline to ensure our clients’ sites operate smoothly within the platform’s regulations. Getting notice of the imminent closure is not only disheartening but bewildering, especially when our client questions my identity and whether I truly am who I claim to be. It’s a double blow, to both our professional integrity and the trust we’ve built with our client. What is going on? Why is this happening, I’ve been a partner for more than 8 years. There saying it needs fixed? What needs Fixed? Nobody will say. They say it has low traffic. It has more traffic than other stores ive created.
Then tells my client. To have a blast? What is going on here?
