I’ve received an email from Shopify merchant analyst that my store is under review as there is some violations…I don’t know why they send me a message as from my side there is no violation and they ask to contact them through a link of telegram application. I’ve never changed anything in my store and my subscription is renewed 3 days back…I just want to know is it legit email or some type of scam

Hi @SaraMuammer ! A good first step would be to reach out to Shopify support directly to confirm if the email is legit. That is the process I follow whenever I receive an email from a service provider that I was not expecting. Especially if it asks me to click a link. With so many phish scams these days you can never be too careful!
