Shopify merchant team and their utterly unprofessional support

Hello, I’ve been a Shopify user for three years. About two weeks ago, I started using Shopify Payments, and they asked me to verify my account. During my first verification, I provided the necessary certificates and all my information. They resolved my issue in about a day. Also, my payments didn’t stop during the first verification, which was great. But then things got tedious. They started asking me to verify my account every week. Despite using Shopify for three years and submitting all my documents, they keep asking me for different information every week and halt my payments with some excuse. If that were the case, it wouldn’t be a problem, but now, even though I’ve sent the required information, I haven’t received a single response. There’s absolutely no progress or update. I connect to live support every day, and they all say the same thing: “We’ve forwarded it to the team; you’ll receive an update soon.” They’re holding my payments during my busiest time, like Black Friday, and they never help. Seriously, Shopify’s support is the worst when it comes to verification. I’ve been in this industry for 5 years, and I’ve never seen anything worse, especially in recent years. They didn’t have these problems before, and I’ve been recommending Shopify to everyone for 3 years, but today it’s really gotten to me, guys. Trust me, WordPress or Wix instead. Trust me, they’re at least ten times better. At least you won’t have any problems, and they won’t disrupt your business for no reason.
