We recently received this very cool Milestone reward from Shopify. It is a solid metal shopping bag! Love it! But, I did wonder why it took 3 years to get it, as we hit the milestone in October 2020.

Congratulations on reaching the 100K milestone back in 2020. The reason that you’re only receiving the award now is because Shopify Milestones was launched between April-June of this year (2023), and we’ve decided to backdate the eligibility to 2020 for merchants with stores that are in good standing.

hello is there a reward for stores hitting 100k in sales in a year? Or having 10k orders

There is a Shopify Milestones award for stores achieving 1M and 100K lifetime orders. However, it’s important to note that imported, cancelled, returns, and off-platform orders do not count towards a milestone tier. Hi, the Claim your reward button on the email I received for Shopify Milestone is just directing me to the main website. There is no option for me to claim it. I need help.
