I’m at a loss here. Support has been completely useless - ever “escalating” the ticket to billing on my behalf.
I’ve submitted messages to Shopify via social media. Billing has no direct email to contact them with.
I’m afraid of what will happen to my store if I dispute the charge through my bank. I have a large - semi high volume store.
This is not related to a refund or anything. This is a mistake. There are no indicators within my account of why this happened. It’s completely random. It’s that lack of support that’s making me nuts here…
I’ve always loved Shopify and it would suck big time to have to start over moving my store somewhere else.
