Hey there! I’m having an issue with my new Rollo Wireless label printer. It is configured for 4x6; however, when I open Shopify mobile and go to fulfill an order, I notice an issue I can’t seem to fix.
Below are the steps I’m taking along with the issues:
1.) Open new order, and click fulfill (purchase label)
2.) Click “Print Shipping Label”
3.) Select 4 x 6 inch for label printers
4.) SEE IMAGE – it only allows for 4x4 in the paper size box.
This does not happen on desktop version, only on iPhone Shopify mobile.
How can I fix this?? My labels come out small and sideways.
