Shopify Mobile site (parallax) not able to add to cart? URGENT HELP NEEDED!

We have a the parallax theme (v 3.4.2) - and just noticed that on the mobile site, customer is not able to add anything to the cart and complete purchase.

It works on the laptop browser.
