Anyone else being told that the eligibility review is no longer valid? I am at 90% funded on my current loan and have received 3 capital loans in the past all paid 100% - now looking for another one and support said - nope you need to pay 100%
So it says here at the bottom:
Requesting another loan
After you receive a loan, you might want to apply for another loan for additional financial support.
If you’re eligible to apply for another loan and you’ve repaid at least 65% of your active loan, then new funding options are displayed on the Captial page in your Shopify admin.
If you apply and get approved for a second loan, then the funds are deposited to your bank account within 2-5 business days. The repayment for your second loan begins only after you fully repay your first loan.
THIS IS NO LONGER TRUE as I have been passed 65% for months and nothing - and does not match what the customer support rep told me.
So it is confirmed - you need to pay 100% before you are eligible.
