I’ve been trying to submit a report for the last 40 minutes, troubleshooting and reading other people’s discussions on here to see if anyone has had the same problem, and nothing has been successful. Every time I try to hit the submit button, it gives me this message in red lettering: “There was an error in the communication with one of our services. Please try again“
This message pops up without fail every single time I hit the submit button. This is quite literally my only other option because I did what the form said and contacted the seller first. Alas, there has been no response which is why I’m here.
However, I’m not sure how to receive the help you’re offering if your website doesn’t work. It’s not an issue with my devices because I’ve attempted to do this form on a phone, tablet, laptop, computer, along with attempting to do it on chrome, edge, and safari and even using incognito mode and different wi-fi connections along with trying cellular data. With that being said I would appreciate if we didn’t waste time going over “troubleshoot” options because with all due respect, I’m an adult who knows how to use the internet and nothing I do on my end is going to fix and issue with your server. So I really just need someone to tell me how else I can report this feedback, preferably to a human who will respond and assist with the issue.
