Shopify not showing data for ATC, IC or Purchases

Good afternoon.

My Shopify store has been connected via the FB app to Facebook. The pixel is working on the ads manager, I see events. Also the FB chrome extension is detecting the pixel and events, yet on the Shopify admin dashboard I see 0 events for added to cart, initiate checkout.

Why is this happening?

I have the same thing happening to me! Only the ATCs and ICs of the Purchases show (e.g. 5 ATCs > 5 ICs > 5 Conversions)
