The shopify payments only scored 1/4 in Google Shopping Experience Scorecard even PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are present, is it possible to boost it to 4/4?

Upon checking with our wider team it shows that on the website you offer PayPal, Google Pay, and shopPay. Please note that Google Pay is not an e-wallet but a payment method and shopPay is not supported for Shopping Experience Scorecard. Furthermore, e-wallets need to be available on the desktop and mobile versions similarly without any discrepancies. If there are differences between e-wallet availability with mobile and desktop versions of the website, then we might not be able to accept it.

Yes you can get a top quality badge, but not with adding more payment methods. What you need to add is for example order history, reviews, you can check what is needed by going to GMC > growth > shopping experience scorecard > here you can see what other things you need to improve on.
