Shopify orders are showing twice in Lightspeed 0-Series

My shopify orders have been showing twice in my lightspeed o-series app. I have been talking with lightspeed and they are saying that shopify is sending them twice. Is there somewhere I can find out if that is true?

Sounds like there could be a duplicate webhook or integration problem that is sending orders twice from Shopify to Lightspeed. Check your Shopify Admin > Settings > Notifications > Webhooks first to determine if there are multiple instances of order creation webhooks. If there are, delete the second one. Then, also check any third-party apps or custom integrations that could be syncing orders to Lightspeed independently. If the issue persists, you can enable order logging in Shopify (using Shopify API logs or products like Mechanic) to check whether Shopify is actually sending orders twice. If Shopify is sending them once, then there may be an issue on Lightspeed’s side.
