Shopify orders not showing when searched by name or order #

Hi!

Recently I’ve come across a few situations when an unfulfilled order in shopify does not show up when you search by name or order number. Instead to find it, I have to go through all orders to the date this specific order was placed and then I see it. This has been happening more frequently - any ideas as to why?

I understand you’re unable to locate Unfulfilled orders by searching customer names or order numbers. As per our Shopify Status page, we haven’t received any reports of issues searching for unfulfilled orders.

Could you advise when the issue first started and if any recent changes have been made to your store’s settings?

I tried testing out the issue mentioned above in my test store but was unable to replicate it. In the meantime as we gather more context and investigate, could you try the troubleshooting steps listed below?

• Try clearing your cache and cookies and reboot the browser.
• Launch a different browser or an incognito window.
• Try another device, like another computer or mobile phone.
• Try on the Shopify Mobile app; this is usually the best step to try as it also rules out device issues.
